Terms & Conditions

By making a booking with Riverdeck Villa (“the Villa”), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & payment

• A booking is confirmed only after the advance amount is received.
• The advance amount, once paid, is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of check-in or check-out, as agreed.
• Tariffs are quoted per person and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

2. Check-in & check-out

• Morning Section: Check-in 11:00 AM, check-out 10:30 AM the next day.
• Evening Section: Check-in 4:30 PM, check-out 3:00 PM the next day.
• Late check-out is at the Villa's discretion and may be charged extra.

3. Meals

• All meals included in the booking are served only in the dining area.
• Food may not be taken into the rooms.
• Meal preferences (veg / non-veg, chapati / bhakri) must be informed at the time of booking.
• Alcoholic and other drinks are not provided by the Villa. Guests are welcome to bring their own, subject to local law.

4. Pool, lawn & common areas

• Pool timings: 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
• Food and drinks are not permitted at the pool deck or in the pool.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the pool and play area.
• Guests use all facilities at their own risk.

5. Property damage

Any damage to the Villa, its rooms, furnishings or equipment caused by a guest will be billed at actual repair / replacement cost and is payable before check-out.

6. Cancellation & changes

• Advance payments are non-refundable.
• Date changes are subject to availability and at the Villa's sole discretion.
• The Villa reserves the right to refuse service in case of disruptive behaviour or breach of these terms.

7. Liability

The Villa is not liable for loss of personal belongings, accidents, or any indirect damages arising from the use of its facilities. Guests are advised to keep valuables safe.

8. Acceptance
